We want to make your child's experience at Little Quacker's fun, exciting and developmentally enriching. We have fantastic staff with a vast range of new ideas and activities. You can be assured your little one is in the care of good hands. We work with you to give your child the best possible care.

At little Quacker's we believe children learn the most from other children. Mixing and interacting is a must with older children and we do this as much as possible. All the rooms work from a theme each month and adapt the activities to age and stage appropriate. Each room (under 5's) has online access where you can only see details of your child's day on baby's days. Here you will see photos, what your child has ate through the day, toileting, and much more!!

The baby room is warm and welcoming it has lots of sensory items and activities which are safe and enriching for babies. We have a sleeping area and feeding chair. We can support parents who want to carry on breastfeeding by supplying us with milk. We have a soft play facilities where your little one can play and crawl. We encourage parents routine that they currently have as regards to sleeping, feeding and weening their baby. All children will have a key worker, an online daily diary so you can log on and see pictures, food your child has eaten, nappies and daily activities for the day. We know how important it is for parents to feel like they have been part of their child's day and we want to share it with you. Some of the activities we do:

Our Babies/Toddler Room 

 

This room has lots of opportunities to encourage walking, potty training, talking and much much more. We get them ready for moving to our pre- school room. The room is spacious with lots of activities. The children have lots of opportunity for messy play and have a large outside area.Children are encouraged to join with the older groups in points throughout the day. We support you with routines such as reducing nap times and fussy eaters. Some of the activities we do:

Our Pre School Room

Our preschool room is large and has a vast range of activities. The children have free-flow into a large garden. There are lots of opportunities for children to prepare for school but there is a large emphasis on the children having fun and free play too. children are encouraged to be more independent, be creative and self confident. We have lots of different activities and we have a different theme each month. Children are encouraged to join in with some of the after school activities we do. We work with parents and schools so that your child can have an easy transition when starting school. Here are some of the activities we offer:

Daily Before/After School Car

​

We are currently offering some after school care. Please inquire with us. We are open all year round and offer a fantastic wrap around service. We have lots of after school activities going on and can also supply snacks and a light tea.

We also have desks so the children can do there home work here too. Here are some of the activities we offer:

Our Holiday club

 

Our holiday club runs throughout the year, we have the activities which we run during the after school club. We are also able to take some trips during the holidays too. Previous year trips have included places such as Local attractions and parks.
