30 Hours Free Early Education for 3 and 4yr olds

Please note contrary to what is advertised it is not 30 free hours each week. This is based on school terms only the hours free over the year is a total of 1140.

Dear Parents,
Little Quackers Ltd will be offering the free early education in the format described below.
Each Term you get a set amount of hrs. We stretch these funding hrs and deduct them off your bill.

Here is an example
​
Child A does 9-5 Monday to Friday
In this specific term this means that child A does a total of 656 hrs Sep-Dec
​
656 minus funded hrs which on this term is 192 and as this parent gets the exteded hrs this is another 192 so 656-384(funded free hrs) equals 272 hrs left to pay for as this child does wraparound hrs. This is then charged at our hourly rate currently £5.80 per hr and divided by 4 (Sep, Oct, Nov and Dec) equals £394.40 per month.
We can offer free spaces only it just depends on how many hrs you require.
We also do not specify specific hrs so you can choose as follows:
7:00-7:30 8-9 9:00-3:00 4:00-4:30 4:30-5:00 5-6 or 6.30
If you have 12/24 stretched per week over 51weeks this amounts to more than what the child can claim for. In the last funded term you will either need to pay for these additional hours or if you do not want to pay for them you will need to keep your child at home.
15 hr Delivery pattern and FF2 working and disadvantaged
Please note contrary to what is advertised it is not 15hrs free hours each week. The 15hrs is based on school terms only with the free hours totalling 570 over the academic year.
Dear Parents,
Little Quackers ltd will be offering the free early education in the format described below. This we believe is the only sustainable way to ensure Little Quackers can continue to provide high quality childcare.
As you are aware, you may now be eligible to claim 570hrs over the year. Taking this into consideration we will be offering 6hrs funded per day over two days. The funded hours will be offered between 9-3. This we believe will be most beneficial for your child.
You can usually subject to availability choose which day/s you require between Monday and Friday.
We only offer a stretched offer which is 570hrs over 51 weeks .
**Please note due to the fact that the funded hrs do not cover the full hourly rate, parents that do not pay for any additional hours will either be asked for a voluntary figure of £3 for lunch £2 dinner per day to cover costs or bring in a healthy packed lunch. You will need to put an ice block in your child’s lunch box to keep it cool. For any parents that are paying for wrap around hours each day lunch is included if wraparound hours add up to at least £500 a month.
Depending upon total hours/days over the term including bank holidays you may need to pay wraparound or not bring your child to nursery when there is no funding.
